Élise & Céline Marquis.

Briance Paris was founded in 2019 by two sisters who spent over ten years in leading hotels in Paris and abroad. They learned there what real attention to detail means: noticing what others miss and anticipating needs before they are expressed.

Today they bring the same rigour to private homes, and they are the ones you deal with, from the first conversation onwards.

Where we started.

We started as specialists in deep cleaning and after-renovation cleaning in fine interiors and beautiful homes across Paris. For five years it was our core work, and it made us experts: working that closely with floors, surfaces, fabrics and finishes taught us how a home really behaves, where it wears, what it needs, and what goes wrong when nobody is looking.

We still carry out this kind of work when a client needs it, but our focus today is looking after homes all year round: regular visits, trusted professionals, and everything that keeps a home running.

Two sisters, one way of working.

Élise and Céline work side by side. Every home in their care is known to both of them.

Élise

Élise trained at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland before beginning her career at the Mandarin Oriental in London. She then joined the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, followed by Relais & Châteaux.

Over those years she developed a precise eye for what makes a home feel properly looked after rather than merely cleaned: the materials, the details, the atmosphere. Her interest for interior design means she notices things others miss, and deals with them before you have to ask.

Céline

Céline studied at the Institut Paul Bocuse in France before joining the Mandarin Oriental group, where she worked in Hong Kong, San Francisco and Paris. She later joined the Accor group as Executive Housekeeper, running housekeeping teams and keeping a property in order, day after day.

She knows what it takes to coordinate a team and keep a consistent standard, so that things go well and nothing stands out. Céline also holds a professional coaching certification, which shapes how she listens to clients: with patience and a genuine interest in what matters to each of them.

What it means for your home.

Both of them spent their careers in places where details matter and mistakes are noticed straight away. That shaped how they work today: thorough, discreet and quick to act. For you, it means a home looked after by people who know the job inside out and who treat it with respect. It is built on experience, not on good intentions.

Speak with Élise or Céline directly.

The first step is always a confidential conversation. No formality, no commitment, simply an opportunity to understand your home and whether Briance is the right fit.
