The Founders

Briance Paris® was born from a simple conviction: that a private residence deserves the same level of care, discretion, and personal attention as the finest hotels in the world. Élise and Céline Marquis spent over a decade delivering exactly that, in some of the most demanding hospitality environments in the world. Then they brought it home.”

Élise

Élise trained at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland before beginning her career at the Mandarin Oriental in London, the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, and within the Relais & Châteaux group. Through these experiences she developed a deep understanding of what truly exceptional service looks like and what it takes to maintain it over time. Her eye for detail, her passion for interiors, and her ability to anticipate needs before they arise are at the heart of how Briance operates.

Céline

Céline graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse before building her career with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group across Hong Kong, San Francisco, and Paris. She later joined Accor as Executive Housekeeper, overseeing the standards and operations of large residential teams. She brings to Briance a rare combination of operational rigour, genuine warmth, and an intuitive understanding of how a home should feel. She also holds a professional coaching certification, because managing a residence well means understanding the people who live in it.

Together, they created Briance to offer something that didn’t exist: a truly personal, long-term approach to private residence management in Paris. Not a concierge service, not a property agency. Simply two people who care deeply about your home, and treat it as if it were their own.
