Regular visits, trusted professionals and careful follow-up are what keep it that way. Each programme is built around your home and your habits: what we take care of, how often, and how you’d like to be kept informed.

Two visits a month as standard to check your home’s condition, with a clear report afterwards. Utilities, ventilation and seasonal needs are checked each time.

Briance Paris was founded in 2019 by Élise and Céline Marquis, two sisters who spent over ten years in leading hotels in Paris and abroad, including the Four Seasons Hotel George V, the Mandarin Oriental and Relais & Châteaux.
That is where we learned to anticipate, to be consistent and discreet, and to solve problems before anyone notices them. We bring the same rigour to private homes, in a simpler way.
